Editor, Founder & JR Podcaster
Ally created Jazz Revelations back in January 2016, starting as a student radio show at Leeds Student Radio (LSR).
Currently, he is the acting editor of Jazz Revelations and writes for the website, alongside creating and producing the JR Podcast.
Ally is the Digital and Social Media Manager for Jazz FM, DJ and trumpet player.

Ben has contributed consistently to Jazz Revelations since March 2019, and being a part of the local Leeds jazz scene for the past few years he wanted to continue sharing his insights and excitement for the jazz world.

Hamish is a wedding & freelance photographer based in Leeds.
If he’s not snapping couples and shooting events, you’ll most likely find him dancing away at the front of gigs, or listening to new release jazz records at home.
A sax player himself, Hamish has involved himself in the accelerating Leeds jazz scene and has never been more inspired by the new wave sounds of UK Jazz. He’s determined to grow the conversation.
Robbie is a final year student at the University of Leeds. He is on the committee for the Leeds Union Music Library (UML) and has a show called ‘Ascensions’ on Leeds Student Radio, which focuses on spiritual jazz of the past and present.
Robbie is a guitarist and a DJ with the UML. He is an avid follower of the jazz world with a particular interest in South African Cape jazz, spiritual jazz, and the current UK jazz scene.
