Hamish is a wedding & freelance photographer based in Leeds.
If he’s not snapping couples and shooting events, you’ll most likely find him dancing away at the front of gigs, or listening to new release jazz records at home.
A sax player himself, Hamish has involved himself in the accelerating Leeds jazz scene and has never been more inspired by the new wave sounds of UK Jazz. He’s determined to grow the conversation.
Robbie is a recent graduate from the University of Leeds.
Robbie is a guitarist and a DJ. He is an avid follower of the jazz world with a particular interest in South African Cape jazz, spiritual jazz, and the current UK jazz scene.
Henry Weekes is a Berlin-based saxophonist and events producer. Having graduated from the University of Leeds in 2019, Henry founded Brazilian Wax FM and established HPBC Records whilst working with local musicians and bands at Eiger Studios.
Having discovered a passion for his local Manchester jazz scene whilst failing his A-level physics class, Henry became interested in the local stories of the UK jazz scene. His love of dance music has also led him to explore the intersection of dance and improvised music.
Now based in Berlin, Henry is collaborating and recording with musicians in Berlin’s thriving music scene and has a number of releases planned for 2021.
